Reuse before forgetting
Many lots remain stored for years simply because they are no longer part of the project they were originally bought for. Yet a piece that is no longer useful in one build may be exactly what another one needs.
Second-hand use, exchange and sorting help materials keep circulating instead of being forgotten.
Care is part of building too
Organising pieces well, storing them correctly and cleaning them when needed helps them remain useful for much longer.
