Where the legal right of withdrawal applies, customers may request a return within the applicable statutory period from delivery, subject to any legal exceptions.

Product condition

Returned products must be in suitable condition. For selections sold by weight or packs, the return must include the full corresponding content.

Custom products

Selections prepared specifically according to a customer's specifications may fall under legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal where applicable.

Incorrect product or issue

If you receive an incorrect, incomplete or materially affected order, contact us with your order number and, where useful, photos of what you received.
