Orders are prepared in Spain. Preparation time may vary depending on the type of selection, quantity ordered and current order volume.

Shipping options

Available shipping methods, prices and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout where applicable.

Tracking

Where the carrier provides tracking, the available information will be sent once the shipment has been processed.

Delivery address

The customer is responsible for checking that the address is correct before completing the purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping issues

If a shipment is marked as delivered but has not arrived, arrives damaged or has another transport issue, email rogueleker@gmail.com with your order number.
